I subscribe to Photoshop CC, but I can't use because need serial number. I subscribe 2 mounth ago, and at first I use trial, I think its right, but now photoshop is blocking, but I pay twice (once a mounth). What can I need to do?

Ok,Try this:

_ Close all applications (Cloud desktop also )

_ Delete opm.db file in :

Windows 7/8 -> C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

Macintosh -> User -> Library->Application Support -> Adobe -> OOBE

On mac it's the user library :

open Finder. On the menu bar, at the top, select Go to reveal the drop-down menu and then hold down the Alt key .

_ Launch Photoshop

_ Click "License this soft"

_ Enter your Adobe ID and password

Try to check your hosts file .

Go to :

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

_ Open the hosts file with notepad

_ Delete all the entries with Adobe ,for example (127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com)

I had a similar problem.

I had to unistall all my Adobe apps and reinstall them all.

I was then able to launch PS and login successfully again.

I've got issues myself not being able to lo into Creative Cloud to download Dreamweaver…
