No option to change plan ?

Hello,

So I'm thinking to change plans to go to a Photography plan as I don't use much of the other apps.

However, in my Plan Management window, there is no button to change plan.

Do I have to update the payment first before I can change plan ?

Furthermore, I moved to another country with a different currency and credit card.

Can I switch my billing country to adjust currency and rate to my new residing country ?

I don't mean to be vague but this is a user-to-user forum.  I think you must sort out the problem with your payment details first.  It could be that your current credit card has expired. 

If you are currently paying for an annual plan, I think you must wait until the 12th month to cancel or risk paying an early  cancellation penalty fee (50% of remaining months).  Contact Adobe Customer Care to see what your options are.

You committed to the annual plan, so you promised to pay that to the end. After that you could cancel and take up another plan. However, if you contact Adobe they may be able to offer you other options, subject to a penalty for cancelling the annual plan. You will need to sort out your payment details, as you must pay until February 2020.

The subscription was renewed for a year without my consent.
