I just Purchased the latest version of purchased.But I cant download it.When I tried to open it its going to the purchase window. Then clicking to purchase its shows that you already purchased it.

how can I use my purchased Photoshop

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
