My Photoshop will not open.  Running latest Win 11 Pro.

Previously I noticed Hypersnap 9 would sometimes lock up when accessing the files menu.  Coincidentally found Photoshop not working.  Reinstalled Photoshop and Hypersnap magically started working.

However, just had the same problem.  HSnap was failing and PS was also not running.  Reinstalled PS but now cannot get it to load.

I deleted HSnap and PS.  Booted.  Ran the Adobe Cleaner and got rid of all the Adobe programs.   Reinstalled Creative Cloud and PS from there.  Still will not open.  Get the spinning circle for a bit, then again for a short time.   All I get is PS 2025 showing in Background Processes in Task Manager.  If I try again, get another PS process.  Never shows up in Open Apps.

No recent update to video drivers, etc.  Core i9-14900, 64GB RAM, plenty of drive space. GeForce RTX 4060 with current driver.

    I'm also not finding a debug.log file.

    Any hints?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

use the cc desktop app to uninstall (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html)

    uninstall all betas

    test if problem's resolved

if not, uninstall problematic apps, restart your computer and reinstall the problematic apps.
