Photoshop elements 2024 installer is loading 2025 version and errors with a 111 code

Error 111. i7 11th gen 16gb 500gb NVME nvidia T500 and brand new install of windows 10 22h2. This exceeds all of the requirements.  Both the 2024 installer for both photoshop and premiere is pulling down a 2025 install. Th initial installer has all the 2024 spash screens but when i go to the programs folder is show 2025 folder.

Error 111 - Just purchased PE 2024 and getting cannot launch . It looks like Elements 2025 is getting mixed into this release and causing launch problems.  I think there's something wrong with the latest build. Hopefully someone from Adobe will catch this and correct

@ricks46443537 and @Noreen22552651zf4h I am sorry you are unable to download and install Photoshop Elements. Where did you purchase Photoshop Elements from? If you purchased the software from Adobe directly, then do you have an order number that I can review?

It looks like I am having the same issue - just purchased photoshop elements 2024 through adobe website.

Can confirm, installer created 2025 version subfolders in my installation directory.

Getting Error 111 after installer finishes, Error 11 when tried to start manually.

If you use the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/downloaded-older-app.html to download Photoshop Elements do you still encounter Error 111 or Error 11? If so, could you please post a screenshot of the error? Thanks!

TBH I gave up and returned the product to Adobe - I reverted to my old 2020 version. Old school I know, but its stable and it works!

Just downloaded fresh installer file via adobe account and re-installed the thing again.

Seems to work now - was able to start and activate the product. Folder structure now looks much better.

Ill try getting the installer again tonight when I get home and see if it works now. I did try going back to the serial number page over the weekend and went back through the process of generating the serials and downloading the bootstrap installers. It would be nice if adobe provided the full install. If I had the full installers for the elements bundle I could have just moved both packages to my new laptop with no issue. someone posted a linkto the full photodhop download in another thread so at least I have that now. Any chance to get the full Premiere 2024 download link?

I should have said the download of the full installer for Premiere Elements 2024. I was able to get the full installer for Photoshop elements 2024 from one of the other threads talking about this problem. someone  posted a link for https://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/pse/24_0/PhotoshopElements_2024_LS30_win64_ESD.zip. with the PSE 2024 installed which downloaded a 2.6gb zip file.

IT appears the bootstrap installers are fixed now and downloading the 2024 version por PS and PRE
