Download gets to 10% and stops. What a fun day so far. Done it 5 times already and 6 hours on the computer.
Adobe says to uninstall Creative Cloud and reinstall. Yeah, uninstalled and then it wouldn't let me reinstall. Does it get any better? Now it says that I can't try to install anything as something is trying to install, but nothing is installing. Love

What version of PE and what is your operating system?

Hi John,
There were a few threads on the Photoshop Elements forum where installation issues were fixed by installing the CC app, even though the users did not subscribe to CC. They were able to uninstall the CC app afterwards.
