The Photoshop installation failed numerous times on a brand new Macbook Pro with Ventura 13.2.1. Error code 183. All other apps installed fine, but Photoshop gets to about 90% and fails.
Please see https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/error-code-183-install-adobe-desktop-apps/m-p/13665765/thread-id/570217 for information on how you can resolve Error 183 error while installing Adobe desktop applications including Photoshop.

though cc apps for m2 computers are still undergoing testing and refinement by adobe, installation should be possible. what ps version are you installing?
in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

I had the same problem, i was unenable to install photoshop on a brand new Macbook Pro with M2 chip. I finally found a work arround for this problem: the photoshop version 24.2 was failing everytime at 90%, I tried to downgrade the version to 24.1.1 and it worked! Maybe there is a problem with the version 24.2 on Macbook with M2 chip.

Same here! Brand new Macbook Pro out of the box, and this was the first thing I tried to install. I'm very glad to see it's not just me. I installed 24.2.0 and it worked. It won't let me update to the newest version.

Why should I? Adobe have native support for Apple Silicon. Rosetta is for Intel processor, and version 24.1 works perfect so there are a problem with version 24.2
