photoshop not installing

I was trying to sownload photoshop demo to try it but it ddnt download and it gave me this erorr code : 198 
how can i contact with support team to solve this problem

Thanks for trying the suggested steps. Could you try again after signing out and signing back in to your Creative Cloud desktop application?

Hello Shivangi_Gupta,

i tried this but still having the same issue 


reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
