I can't download the newest version of photoshop! PLSSSS somebody help me!!!

What happens when you try to download, are you getting an error message, does your PC meet the system requirements

when i click download it downloads up to 90% and then it stops downloading
and i have to run it again! btw my illustrator and premiere pro do work
with downloading!
