PS und LR Installation bleibt bei 0% stehen

Hi,

Toshigoni, I am sorry that you continue to face error P1 and P207.  Are you continuing to encounter error P1 when updating the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application or are you able to open the Creative Cloud desktop app successfully?

If you are unable to open the Creative Cloud desktop app then please complete the steps listed in "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app to reinstall the application.

If instead Photoshop and Lightroom CC are failing to install, on the Windows computer, then please review the install log to determine the cause of the current failure.  Information on how to locate the install log can be found at Creative Cloud download and install errors .

hello,

the thing is, i can not install Ceative Cloud desktop app because I am receiving the same P1 error message at like 30%.

I have also done all the solution suggestions that the link you posted provided, several times, all day, nothing worked.

I tried making another Admin account on my PC (my personal account is admin already, though) and used that to install CC Desktop App, still the same problem. I tried to do it in safe mode, didn't work.

I will try to look into the install log tomorrow.
