"No Subscription Found" even though I subscribed. [Edited for brevity]

I receive the following message "No Subscription Found. We couldn't find a Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 subscription" after I updated my software even though I have a subscription to the Photoshop Photography Program. I could only get it to run as a trial. Lightroom CC 2015 does not give me the same warning and it runs fine. How can I get Photoshop to recognize my CC subscription?

No i have just checked.

I have these problems for a week.

I live in Austria and i made a holiday in turkey.

then i wanted to use Photoshop but I got an error

I can not remember exactly error message but it says, that I have to uninstall software and install it again.

So i did that, and then i received "No Subscription Found" error.

I thought maybe I can not use it in turkey.

when i come back to Austria error was still there.

I try to uninstall all adobe product and install it again but dose not work.

I do not use any proxy and i disabled my firewall (Norton). the result was same.
I tried to use from other internet connection (not just at home or work) but not help...

The Turkey was not the problem. Either there is a program blocking your internet access or you have odd entries in your hosts file.
