I'm having the same issue as Nigel, this isn't working. I've cleared all CC files, uninstalled CC, I'm still getting prompted by the "Can't open in Serialized Mode..."

Atempaj, it does not appear you have a current Creative Cloud membership. If you previously purchased a Creative Suite 6 bundle that includes Encore then you can download the installation files at Download Adobe Creative Suite 6 applications . For information on how to locate your registered Adobe software titles see Find your serial number .

I do have a CC membership. Not sure where you're getting that.

Jeff A Wright​ checked the account of your forum id and saw no subscription. if you're using a different id for your subscription, he wouldn't be able to determine that and would need that subscription id to check your account.

That's weird. I logged into the forum here with the same id I use to log into my CC account.

My apologies for the confusion, Atempaj. I only saw your canceled plan when I reviewed the account this morning. I do show that you have both a Captivate and Creative Cloud Plan active at the moment.
I would recommend continuing to update Encore CS6 cannot run in non-royalty serialized mode... where the Encore community is assisting you.
