reinstall of CS6 Suite - but serial number is revoked !

For one project i need CS6 illustrator:
( i dont use it normally. - i use mostly PS and LR and Pr )

I have old  CS6 production Suite - when trying to reinstall it says 
My serial number is revoked - what a pity - I got the software directly 
from Adobe - And the number is clearly stated on my order history.

1000 % not fake / piracy .  

Getting in touch with support feels like a nightmare so any alternative advice ? 
The link to customer support leads to a page about software piracy ...
( not support ) 
kind of lame ...

Did you not deactivate your serial number on a previous computer?
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long

To be honest - a bit ridiculous situation - But  i will try call support - linked page is the same info I got before - stating my software is somehow pirated - It is not. One more link on th epage is just going rounds with info about software piracy .

There is no another solution suggested then calling support. 

I Use The serial number is on my Adobe acount page . 
I think I have deactivated the CS6 at least on one of my boxes.

I did not see an answer from you. I asked: "So did you purchase DIRECT from Adobe's web site? If not, who did you purchase from, and are they still in business?"


I ensure you 
that license is legal - i got the software from Adobe directly.
But I cant explain more as I think I'm still under Adobes NDA.
