Hi.
I need to install Photoshop and Lightroom CS6 on a new PC and new system.
Products were legally obtained and registered a long time ago on my Adobe account by now my product list is empty.
I lost my PS key but I have the key to LR... but I can't register it now because my license has been used (message after trying to register).
Of course, I use this key long time ago but as I said, the product list is now empty.

If you purchased through Adobe you can still find the license key here:
https://account.adobe.com/products
Mine still shows all the way back to CS5.5 so it should show your PS CS6 key.
However if you did not deactivate prior to migrating to a new system you may be out of luck. Adobe is no longer adding additional activations for CS products.

there are 3 ways to find/recover an adobe serial number.
1. search purchased materials: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-serial-number.html
2. you can check your account (if you purchased from or registered with adobe AND you remember the adobe id used to purchase/register), https://accounts.adobe.com
3. if your adobe program is installed on another computer you can recover its serial number from that computer,

In my case only works option nr 3.
As I said before, I got the license key for LR and belarc shows the same, and he recovered my PS license key too.
So if I have both keys now the next step is to deactivate already installed programs before I install them on a new system I guess?
Or maybe I must try registering them on my adobe account first?
P.S. Big thanks for your help!

you can't register them, and there's no longer a benefit.
and yes, my previous post about deactivation is complete.

to restore activation count(s) you have to use a computer that has an activated app AND can connect to adobe's deactivation servers. then open the app > click help > deactivate
NOTE: if you still use the app on that computer, this is risky in that the local activation may be removed, but the count still not restored because of a failure to connect with adobe activation servers. and if that happens, you probably won't be able to re-activate on that computer.
