Bonjour,
16 Go de ram.
Auriez-vous une solution ?
Merci.

Hi Kglad, thank you for your answer. Meanwhile I found that my computer was connected twice in my adobe account . I desactived the old connection and relaunched photoshop and this time the info on my OS was good (windows 11 pro ) and therefore my pluging worked. but today (I closed photoshop yesterday), it is happening again, system info in photoshop says I have windows 10. To answer your question I think I have the last version of CC downloaded : 6.6.0.611 and last version of Chrome : Chrome est à jour

Adobe expects you to use the latest product releases, no more than 2 versions back.
Most Creative Cloud apps work on these systems with latest updates.

Hi, Thank you both for your answer. I did all what you said but in fact I think I identified the origin of the problem. It is probably coming from Lightroom classic (I precise I have downloaded the last version) . the system info indicates it recognizes my system as windows 8 ! (see screenshots attached). I tried to execute the microsoft program "resolve compatibility problem" but it doesn't even see Lightroom in the apps whereas it sees all my other applications... And when I open Photoshop from a picture in Lightroom , phtoshop system infos are windows 10 . If I open directly Photoshop from my computer or from creative cloud , systems infos are with windows 11 pro.... Do you have any recommandations for that ? Thanks a lot for your help

do a clean cc install carefully following each applicable step:
uninstall every cc app per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)
update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials>
if that fails, you probably have a corrupt user account. google your os and how to create a new one.
