Still same , follow below steps again :Navigate to Control Panel > Program And Features. Under Programs list locate " Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package (x86)" and uninstall the same .When prompted " Restart" the computer .Then uninstall " Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package (x86)" Once you had uninstalled Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package (x86) . click on the below link and download " vcredist_x86.exe" and install the same .http://download.microsoft.com/download/1/6/B/16B06F60-3B20-4FF2-B699-5E9B7962F9AE/VSU_4/vcredist_x86.exe Then launch Creative Cloud application and try to install Illustrator again and check. As you can see in the Error description unable to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package (x86)" and Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package (x64)" It is Ideal to uninstall those and reinstall updated version. which should fix this issue.

Quit Creative Cloud desktop application .

Navigate to Control Panel > Program And Features.

Under Programs list locate " Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package (x64)" and uninstall the same .

When prompted " Restart" the computer .

Then uninstall " Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package (x64)"

Once you had uninstalled Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package (x64) . click on the below link and download " vcredist_x64.exe" and install the same .

http://download.microsoft.com/download/1/6/B/16B06F60-3B20-4FF2-B699-5E9B7962F9AE/VSU_4/vcredist_x64.exe

Then launch Creative Cloud application and try to install Adobe Illustrator CC 2014 again and check.
