The Set Up app won't start.

I downloaded Illustrator and Photoshop, and i tried both normally running and running as admin the set up apps, but they won't start. Can anyone help?

you should use the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud to install your ai and ps.

did you?

if not, do so.

if you did, was there any problem during installation?

if not, reset your preferences -
