Trouble w/ adobe premier and photoshop student edition Serial Number and showing its registered

downloaded product and register serial number and every time I open it says trail has ended.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the register product from my adobe account page and every time i open its says the trail has ended.  Why is it so hard to get help from Adobe and what can I do?
