I have a computer with a failing hard drive and am trying to deactivate my Acrobat Pro XI. We tried to deactivate it and are trying to go to a new hard drive and are not able to get it to transfer over. What can I do to fix this? Thank you

to deactivate (make sure you have your serial number), open the failing acrobat >click help>deactivate.

on the new hd, install acrobat and activate with your serial number.

Downloadable installation files available:

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.
