I was updating Creative Cloud, then updated Photoshop. When I opened it up it said that I had begun my free 30 day trial. I then went to my university's website for a new code to renew my account. The code provided for me did not work, I even updated my email on my account to my student email, as the university's website said it may help. I still am unable to renew my account. Thank you in advance!
