There is no email provided to the public for contact. They provide the option for either chat or telephone contact depending on your status as a customer. Your other otion is to use the forum and try to direct Adobe staff members to attend to it.

I have had very poor support regarding a reinstall of some old software. I had a rude supervisor, who gave me the run around... and basically I'm a volunteer for a caner research organization (thepapcorps.org) and I work about 40+ hrs a week. Dell needed to reset my desktop and I lost my Adobe Pro X. YES I know it's no longer supported, but in January i got it installed on this desktop and I REALLY can't afford to replace it.. I'm 77 on a fixed budget and without this product I'm hindred from a lot of my work. I'm told that since I deactivated a copy from an OLD computer I should be able to reinstall.. but no luck. I find it hard to think that Adobe can't help with this..who do I contact???

What error message are you receiving?
If the install process is saying you have used up your activations there is nothing anyone can do to help... Adobe no longer resets activation counts

Acrobat X. User has 2 other entries of the same in the Acrobat forum. I'm locking this old, correctly answered thread.
