Where can I find my 24 digit product key for Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium? I went through the entire download and only have a 19 digit serial number!

Where can I find my 24 digit product key for Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium? I went through the entire download and only have a 19 digit serial number! I had to buy a new hard drive from Apple and when they installed it, I lost my programs. Please help! Ive been trying to download them for two days!

?I am using the Adobe downloader and it is asking me for a serial number. I have the 19 digit one and I found my redemption code, but it still won't let me enter either. It wont take the redemption code because it is alphanumeric. Where can I get the serial number. I followed both of those links and had no luck

Kristinah91172630 the serial number is located under your account at http://www.adobe.com/  Please follow the second link provided by Mylenium in message #1.  If you are not seeing the serial number then please utilize a different web browser when logging into http://www.adobe.com/.
