i tried to upgrade from single apps after effects, to all apps subscription
the single apps already cancel by agent (by chat) but when i tried to buy a new subscription this message keep popping at the end of confirmation
tried to call the number above, but it a dead phone number cannot contact any longer.
tried to chat couples agent, they can't provide solution. only call this, call that...
very frustrated...
i wish i keep that single apps subscription before buy the new one
any solution here..?
DId you try to contact Adobe via chat? That's what I found to be the easiest.
