Premier Pro 1.5

Will Premier Pro 1.5 work under Windows 7? I have not been able to unload it from the old XP pc as it has stopped working altogether, it appears that I will not be able to load the software onto a new pc until I have done this but don't want to go through the bother if 1.5 won't work in Windows 7 anyway.
