Hi!

I am a student of UIUC, and our webstore offers the access for Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise Access for free. However, after ordering it this morning and then log-in and log-out again after two hours of waiting-

I still don't have any access to any plans. I did the same thing after 8 hours, nothing changed.

I have reach out to the school, but I am wondering if there is anything that adobe could do about this.

Thanks.

Hi there,

You need to contact your university's Adobe administrator for this issue. They will assign you a license, and you will be able to use the apps only after that. To learn how to contact your admin, please see https://adobe.ly/3MplaFv.

Let us know if you still need help.

Hello @michael_9681, I can see that you have a Federated Account. Make sure when you log in you choose Company account and finish the login and with Federated ID you should be able to access Adobe Apps.

My guess: you need to sign out and sign in again. Check here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/enterprise-id-faq.html
