Accidentally set up personal profile rather than business profile

New Here ,
Apr 17, 2023 Apr 17, 2023

My employer set up my account and I accidentally selected the personal profile option, rather than my employer's business profile. By doing that, I'm not getting access to the Adobe functions. How can I remedy this?

Hello Allison,

Please log out from the Sign out from Creative Cloud and then Sign back in, If in case you didn't get the option to Choose the profile, Then in that case, Please log in on Accounts.adobe.com. Once you are log in, at the top you will see Account and Security option click on it and choose Sign-in and Security, and turn off the Automatic Profile Selection. After that please Login in again it will give you the Option to select your ORG profile.

In my Account and Security menu and then Sign-in and security menu, there is no Automatic Profile Selection option to turn off... What do I do now? I can sign into the correct profile on different computers but not this one... a complete uninstall? Would that work?

Good luck.  It will be easier to go down to your local courthouse and set up a new identity and have your company set up a new profile under your new name.  I've been trying to access my business products for DAYS and every time I sign in it thinks I'm using my personal profile and wants me to buy the products my company is already paying for.

I agree, this is irrationally difficult, I've been trying for quite some time to correct a setting I thought wouldn't matter at all when this new update came out. Sigh.
