Account Name - Set up Wrong

We had an Adobe staff memeber set up our teams account but it seems to have the wrong name. 

When I sign it to the account I am signing into altitude-business which means the documents come back agreement between altitude-business & client. This is not correct and it needs to be our full name Altitude Business Group. The information was provided at time of set up but has still been done wrong. I am requring an urgent fix. Kindly sign in to the Adobe Admin Console.

Then, navigate to Settings > Console Settings, an try changing the Organization Name.
