Account Problem - Trying to Contact a Support Team (Portugal)

We are a small business in Portugal trying to contact the support of Adobe, at least, 2/3 days without sucess.

 

This is the messages:

 

 

After this we tried to contact by this phone number: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

Portugal: 800-206-708

 

Also without any sucess, so how

It's important to know the license type, because the way to get support is different.

For a team license, you need to start a support case using the Admin console.

If you have teams licenses and have access to the Adobe Admin console, you can open a support case or an expert session with us depending upon what is needed.


To open a Support case / Expert session, Please login to your Adobe admin console , Navigate to Support tab and then choose the option to raise a case with us.

Do you have an individual license, team license, or enterprise licence?

We have a team license, I think.
