Acrobat Anmeldungsfenster kommt immer wieder trotz eingeloggtem USer

Hallo,

beim starten von Acrobat Pro wird die Anmeldung nicht akzeptiert. Es kommt immer wieder das Anmeldefenster in einer Schleife. Der Benutzer ist aber in der Cloud bereits angemeldet.

Die Anwendung Photoshop Express bzw. die Cloud selbst funktioniert aber.

what do you mean by "accept" sign-in?  the user is refusing to sign in to that prompt?

I do have an Account for Adobe Pro.

Right after I start Acrobate, I have to enter my credentials. I can login in with my credentials (enterprise version), it seems to be accepted. After a while, the login window appears again.

My credentials are correct, I´m able to login to the creative cloud (and other applicationsfrom adobe). However, only Acrobate shows that behavior.
