I have reviewed your conversation with Adobe support (Case number: ADB-34387907-V3B0). As mentioned, the only way to buy and use Adobe apps is via subscription.

Hi @yasientrabih2,

Thanks for reaching out!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble activating your Creative Cloud subscription. To help you better, please share more details about what's happening? For example:

  • Are you seeing any error messages when opening or using an Adobe app?
  • Could you upload a screenshot of the issue?

This will help us understand the problem and guide you with the proper steps.

I'm looking forward to hearing back from you!

Thanks,
^BS

Hi there,

Thanks for sharing the details.

I’ve reviewed your account and noticed that your Creative Cloud for Teams trial has expired. To continue using Adobe apps, you’ll need to purchase a subscription.

Please request a consultation with the sales team via this link https://adobe.ly/4o8lKsU, and purchase the plan that best suits your needs.

Hope this helps!

^BS

If you are using a Creative Suite version (CS to CS6), Adobe does not reset activations and you need to have one available.

If you are using a Creative Cloud version (since 2013), Adobe made this easier and you can sign in with your Adobe ID.

You posted in the Enterprise & Teams forum. Which one are you using?

Jane
