I found a case posted back in Feb 23, 2022, the issue seemed to disappear for the user. It was later thought that there was a service that was unavailable. My group of users are encountering the same issue as described in this post.
We haven't issued new computers to the team, they just found that an font listed as Active in the cloud account isn't showing up as available. None of our active Fonts are showing up as available. I checked the service status, the site states everything is available.
