Hey guy, I want to access as the only user at my company, the admin console but it is not possible. There is also no support option. So how can I access this portal? There is no administrator since I am the only one with an Adobe license, which I bought for myself

do you have a teams or enterprise license?

only if the answer is yes, for teams - https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/business/teams/for-admins.html

and enterprise - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/admin-console.html

if you have an individual subscription, you posted in the wrong forum and you can manage your plan at https://account.adobe.com but don't really have a console.

Hi @Marco25548090zixm the Admin console is only available for Teams or Enterprise customers, not individual licenses.

If you have the only license in the company and want to add more users, you'll need to move to a Teams or Enterprise plan. Then you can add new users. Talk to Adobe about migrating your own account into the plan.

@Test Screen Name Teams is meant for 10 or more users, Enterprise for much more. It doesn't make sense both administratively or financially to go down this road for two users. @Marco25548090zixm why do you need access to the Admin console as the only user in your company?
