I had to remove a active User from the Adobe Admin console. Now i want to remove the (not more used license) for Adobe Creative Cloud. How can i do that?
For now the admin console simply tells me that i have 0/1 assigned Adobe Creative Cloud Licenses.

If you have purchased your Teams membership directly from Adobe.com, a month before your renewal, Adobe provides a self-service license management workflow in the Admin Console. As a system administrator, you can modify the number of licenses and products in your plan during this period called the renewal window.
To remove licenses outside of the renewal period, navigate to Adobe Admin Console > Support to contact us.

I'm in my renewal period and still cannot change anything. Been redirected 3 times and are waiting in the chat for 20 minutes just to do something I have been waiting months to do.
