Dear Team,
we are facing a license issue on adobe document cloud ;
One user id was created in the admin panel and assigned as a user. Still, the user profile shows buy or trial version use 7 days,
is there any change in licensing pattern, or please provide the correct solution to resolve the issue.
As the admin panel is showing 30 licenses, and we have assigned 5 users. I have dropped the voice message also on 09/09/2021.please provide the support on priority.
Can we create a user in the admin panel and assign it to access the application before using it as current access.

From the Admin console, have you assigned the License to the user's email address. The user will be able to activate the Subscription once he/she has received the Welcome email from Adobe.

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
