Adobe Acrobat v.25.1 Force quitting when trying to open on Mac

About a week ago my Adobe Acrobat v25.1 just stopped opening on my Macbook Pro (MacOS Sequio v15.6.1). I have tried unistalling, reinstalling from Creative Cloud. I also tried doing the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool and it's steps to delete things from Applications, Libraries, Preferences. Nothing seems to fix it. I keep getting the below error:

Hi @Leandrie290045585mfd,

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing the crash report screenshot. Based on our checks, you have an active Teams license associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. I recommend following the steps below to help resolve the issue:

Ensure Full Disk Access
Sometimes Acrobat cannot write to protected directories.

  • Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Full Disk Access.

  • Add Adobe Acrobat and Creative Cloud Desktop to the list.

  • Restart Acrobat.

If the issue persists, uninstall the Acrobat application and restart your machine. After that, reinstall Acrobat from the Creative Cloud Desktop app.
If Acrobat continues to crash after reinstalling, please follow the steps outlined in this document: https://adobe.ly/3V2CmFb

Additionally, please confirm whether other Adobe applications are also crashing or if you are able to use them without issues.

As a further troubleshooting step, try creating and testing with a new macOS user profile to isolate if the issue is specific to your current user profile.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Regards,
^AN

Hi 🙂

I have tried all the steps and recommendations and it still isn’t working, I used acrobats' diagnostics tool and logged through there as well. All other adobe platforms are working.

Hi @Leandrie290045585mfd,

Thank you for confirming and for trying all the suggested steps. Since Acrobat continues to crash despite the troubleshooting methods, while other Adobe applications are working fine, it appears the issue is specific to Acrobat.

I am moving your query to the appropriate product community, where experts can assist you further.

Regards,

^AN
