Adobe backup storage of inactive user not available even though im admin

Hi all,

I select a user and want to download their associated storage files but have no option as per article. 

I previously sent the file to another member of staff but the download of file has since expired and they never actioned. how can I complete?

Thank you for sharing this with us. We recently made some UI changes in the Admin Console, and this help document is being updated. 

The options now appear when clicking on the small search box next to the user name in the list; please see the screenshot below. 

 

I hope this helps. Let us know if you are still facing issues.
