Hello everyone, 

I got a reward from nvidia of Adobe creative cloud 1 month reward. when i am trying to redeem it i am getting this error.

I have the same problem but it say I already redeem  the code, but it not shown up as redeem on it; I could of accidently redeem in on my school account which could be deleted now since I'm I graduted Highschool and there a way to check the email which I redeem it on.

Sorry about messaging you on the wrong account I get confuse since I have like 5 account on my Laptop; Which is a legion 7 16IRX9

If it were my school account, I would redeem it on the domain Kasen.jones@student.somersetnv.org, which they ended up changing my domain.
