Adobe Creative Cloud subscription error on admin portal

We recently purchased “Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams All Apps | 1 Year Subscription” from local vendor. After few weeks, we are seeing following error on adobe admin portal.

 

  • You have unpaid licenses that are overdue. You can no longer place a request for additional licenses. Current users may lose access if payment is not received. Place an order with your account manager at Dhedhi Enterprise today.

 

 

It is requested to kindly advise on the said issue.

Have you checked with your reseller? Your reseller can follow up with Adobe for issues such as this. Ensure with your reseller that whether your account is compliant. If the reseller is unable to assist you. Please contact Adobe Support.
