Adobe error message

Hi all, I keep getting this error message when i am trying to convert a microsoft word doc to a PDF. The message is saying your request could not be completed. Adobe Acrobat license has either expired or not been activated. Try launching Adobe acrobat. Please help!!

Hi,

It happens when the Acrobat is not activated or trial has expired.

If you have an active subscription of Acrobat then sign out from Acrobat by navigating to the "Help" menu and log in again.
