Hola, el sistema me da error 10000 en uno de los equipos donde tengo instalados PS, Lr, etc, y no me deja iniciar sesión e ninguna aplicación, ¿qué se puede hacer?

    Alberto, thanks for your question. I don't see an individual membership under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. Please make sure you are following the steps listed in https://adobe.ly/3Uht73K and using the Account Chooser to select the account managed by your University. Have you already been in contact with your school's Creative Cloud plan administrator about the error? ^JW
