Hi,
As of a few days ago I haven't been able to log into Admin Console. I just get the below screen:
If I click Business ID it just takes me back to this screen. I can't manage any of my licenses or users. Users have also been prompted to re-log into Adobe apps but most of them have been fixed just by signing them back in.
My reseller sent me an invite to their marketplace site which I accepted, but I the admin console is still inaccessible.
Have any enterprise customers encountered this? How did you fix it? Thanks.
This wound up resolving about 48 hours after I accepted the invite. Not ideal and the account manager was no help, but glad to have it back.
