Hello,
I can't seem to find the Administrator of the Enterprise account my account is listed as a user of. I contacted Adobe Support on the phone initially because my supervisor couldn't access the Admin Console, but they said she was not an admin at all. They could not list other admins. I work at a large (1,000+ people) organization. How do I find who is the admin of our Enterprise account?

Yes, that is the issue I'm facing.
When I navigate to view my plans, I see these screens, so I can't view any plan notes:

When I messaged with Anshul_Nautiyal (responder above) for help, we eventually figured out that my supervisor was an admin through her personal account, but not her business account for some reason.
I provided the Invoice # and Contract ID from our license purchase receipt, and then Anshul provided the Admin names from the account my supervisor's account was attached to. It was another group in our organization, which her business account was under. However, I know we purchased seperate licenses, so we worked out that her Admin account must be under her personal Adobe account rather than business.
She logged in with her personal account, and the admin console appeared. Turns out your Adobe account with a single email can have two accounts under it.
In my case, I knew who the Admin was supposed to be, so it was a matter of figuring out why the Admin console didn't display properly. I'm sure you've already done this- but have you asked around your workplace (coworkers, supervisor(s)) if they know who the admin could be? Is there an IT dept. you can message? Is there a bookkeeper or secretary who handles purchases? I know this can be tough at a fairly large organization, but if you can find out who purchases/manages the licenses, they might have info on who the admin is.
