Can we merge purchased substance 3D subscription to our existing Adobe account?

Dear Adobe CC Team,

We mistakenly created a new account when we purchased Substance 3D licenses.
Any chance we can merge or  transfer the newly subscribed app to our existing account?

Hello Scorch,

I would recommend contacting your Account Manager/Reseller who might be able to check with the concerned team about merging the licenses in a single contract.

Hi Techburner,

The local distributor said that Adobe does not merge licenses from two accounts.

Can we just drop the new account and get a refund instead?

We plan on just purchasing the licenses within our existing account.
