Hi, I have the same issue. At the admin console, I can see which plans I have and who they are assigned to, but when I go to the personal profile of the user, there is no "manage my plan" option. In fact, there are no plans assigned.
[Moderator detached this from a different post. It's NOT the same issue. Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers.]
You do that via the adminconsole. You can cancel the plan during the renewal period. You get the anniversary date in the adminconsole. If, however, you want simply take away the plan from this user, you do that also via the admin console:

Thank you Abamboo, I don't want to remove the user, I want to cancel the plan entirely. What do you mean by "during the renewal period"? Does that mean that the option will not be available before that? What if I miss the date? Will I have to wait another year?

For assistance regarding the cancellation of the plan, you would have to contact support by navigating to the support tab in the Admin Console.
Hope this helps.

Always the same answer here. Hey, we have a serious issue!
Adobe has had me running in circles for weeks, it should not be this hard to cancel a subscription. Send me a direct number or email so I can get this problem resolved.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.
there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

You are posting here in the Enterprise and Teams forum. If you want to contact Adobe for an Enterprise or Teams subscription, you should work through the admin console.
It is not hard to cancel a subscription, I've cancelled and added licences to my Teams account without a problem. It works as described.
I also cancelled individual licences in the past, and that also works as designed.
The only time it is difficult to cancel is, when you have outstanding fees to pay. Self cancel is then not possible because you still need to pay the outstanding amounts.

Same issue here. Infuriatingly sleazy business tactics.
