Cannot Leave organization and delete accoun

I cant leave organization and I cant delete my account. System says you are contractor you should transfer your contractor role. but Icant do it also.

No. I create some organizations false name. my org. is not true right now. and I want delete that wrong org. and I want delete my account. When I try delete account, and I try leave org. system say: you are contracto, you should change roles of your account. But I cant see it.

 

End of day; I want delete my org and my account.

A Contract owner is an admin who purchases the Creative Cloud for teams subscription and sets up the account. A team can have only one contract owner at a time. To know more about Contract owner and transferring the role, click here.
