CC seems not to recognize my pc / licensing error

Hi

This morning, while opening AE, I received a message that all available (2) licenses are occupied.
What is weird is that one of the licenses is my own PC where CC is currently running.
When I signed out from the license running on my PC, AE closed. I opened AE again, and the same popup appeared. I signed out again, and this time AE remained running. Why? Screenshot 2025-09-01 104527.png

UPGRADE.

Now, after another restart of the AE, I still got the popup with the same information. To continue working with AE I had to sign out from ALL the active accounts. What stupidity is this?Screenshot 2025-09-01 134431.png
