I asked my university to change my name from the systems and that meant my institutional email too, the problem is I had already logged into Adobe with the email that had my old first name to get a Creative Cloud plan, and now I'm trying to get back into that account but I can't receive any authentication emails from it because the old email just doesn't exists anymore.
Is there a way to fix this from here or do I just go and talk to my university?

Please contact your Creative Cloud Admin at your University. They will have to unassign the license from the old email address and reassign it to the new one.
