I bought this version of Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & web Premium for a web site in Canada when I received the item I get this letter telling me that this is a Commercial Volume License Product. Then is says that it will automatically register once it's activated the Registration transfers to my name after I install it and activate the product. My question is will this cost me a fee to do this and do I have to belong to some kind of service to use this software I hope I didn't get myself into something that is going to cost me a bunch of money because the price of the package was so cheap from the vender. SO I NEED SOME HELP HERE ASAP SO IF I NEED TO SEND THIS BACK BEFORE MY TIME IS UP IF I SEND IT BACK IT WILL COST ME 20% FOR BUYERS REMORSE!!!!
Hi Stevebit56,
It will not cost any money to download & install the product. Though you have purchased it from reseller, once the order was completed, you must have got a e mail from Adobe which states the Adobe
order number & the email under which it has been purchased.
Below mentioned are the links for the videos which I am forwarding to you to get assistance in retrieving serial numbers, downloading software’s and running purchase history reports from LWS.

Hello--
It seems I have purchased a copy of CS6 from the same outfit based in Canada. I ordered the CD version, which arrived shrink-wrapped and seemingly legit, although smaller than most Adobe product boxes I have purchased in the past. It came with a note that reads:
"Dear Customer,
"What you should know about Registering your Adobe product
"There is no need to register your product manually with Adobe, please note:
The product you purchased is a Commercial Volume License Product, which means; unlike a Commercial Retail product that can be registered manually, the commercial volume product registration of the product is done automatically once it's activated. Registration Transfer to your name takes place after you install the product and activate it. You will see it registered in your account automatically within 30-45 days: (transfer process time). The reason the transfer process takes this amount of time, is due to Adobe's back log and they must go through their processing queue in order to transfer client installation information with Volume Licensing.
"In addition the advantages of a Commercial Volume License product is that it can be installed and used on 2 computers simultaneousy, whereas a Retail product can only be installed and used on 1 computer simultaneously.
"The validation and registration transfer to your name and email address starts right after you activate your product. There is a copy of the product key in the disk that has the warning label, as well as below.
"Please let us know if you have any other questions,
"Regards
"Sales and Support"
Well, I do have questions, a lot of them. This is all strange and garbled, and has little in common with any licensing procedure I have ever known. I have not broken the shrink wrap, and have left a message for their customer support.
Rajshree, or anyone: what do you make of this? I suspect someone may have purchased a valid Commercial Volume License but is now selling off individual disks. Can they do this legitimately? The software was somewhat inexpensive, but not excessively so.
Anything anyone can suggest would be welcome. Thanks.

Hello, Rajshree--
I also purchased a "Commercial Volume License" version of CS6 from a reseller in Canada. The applications activated automatically as promised, and worked fine for some months.
Then I took a subscription to Creative Cloud. I recently cancelled my subscription, preferring to go back to my purchased CS6. Now however When I try to open Photoshop CS6, or InDesign CS6, Adobe Applications Manager appears, demanding that I renew my Creative Cloud subscription. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything, using CD Cleaner, all to no avail. I have tried associating my copy of CS6 with two Adobe IDs. When I enter the serial number that came with the CD, a red box appears with the text "Please enter a valid serial number."
I tried following the advice in the video linked in your post here, to retrieve serial numbers from LWS, in hopes that there is some other serial number that I need. Alas when I get to licensing.adobe.com, I am told that I am "not recognized as an authorized user of this site."
Trying to fix this has now taken several days of my life. Please suggest what I can do. I have been unable to reach Chat Support, unfortunately.

Thanks for the suggestion, Rajsfree. FYI, The page
http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html
seems to be out of date. It suggests for example finding a and deleting
" OPM.db file in the \User\\Library\Application
Support\Adobe\OOBE folder."
In my Mac OS 10.8.5, there is no OPM.db file in that folder, or anywhere
else.
I will try Contact Adobe once again, but I have had enormous difficulty
connecting. I finally got through last night after waiting half an hour,
only to be told that there was none at the necessary specialist department,
and I should try again "during business hours," whatever that means (US
business hours or India?)
