Hello all.. Is there a way that my team members in my company can have access to our specific account without having them to sign in using the owner's email and password? Is this ik a license for user access or something? Please help. Thank you.

Did your IT dept Admin assign a Team license to this user?

I'm thinking not. I believe that's what I'm trying to do. I don't want to pay extra, just to have them have access.

I have to admit, that I do not understand your request.

If yo have an individual licence, that licence is only for that individual. If you have a Teams or Enterprise licence, you need a licence pool that is big enough for all your users (5 users, 5 licences). However, Teams/Enterprise licenses can be allocated to a different user if needed.

You can also create administrators, that do not need a product licence attributed to them. Basically, that correspondents to a free licence and access to the free tools.
