Content Scheduler not on side bar

New Here ,
Sep 29, 2025 Sep 29, 2025

I had success posting social media content and scheduling content to post in the future. However, I can't see the social media calendar on the side bar. What do I need to do?

Hi @Daniel22288168294g,

Thanks for reaching out. If the Content Scheduler isn’t showing in your sidebar, try looking for it under More → Schedule. Make sure you’re signed into (the correct Adobe account) and that your social channels (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest) are connected.

To schedule a post, open your project, choose Schedule, pick a date and time, and then save it as a draft or publish. If the option still doesn’t appear, refreshing your browser, updating it, or trying Chrome/Edge can help. Clearing your cache sometimes fixes it, too.

Here’s a helpful guide for more details: https://adobe.ly/4o2ptaA

Could you let us know if you’re on web or mobile, which browser or device you’re using, and whether it’s a personal, business, or education account? Sharing a screenshot of the scheduler that is missing would also help us guide you better.

^MM

I don’t see anything that says “more” on the Adobe Express screen. I’m logged into the right account.

Hi @Daniel22288168294g, could you please share a screenshot of the Adobe Express page you're currently viewing? Also, let us know about your observations when you visit: Personal calendar.

Since when is the scheduler option missing for you? Were there any recent changes made to the account? The IT administrators can make these changes if your Adobe Express account is provided to you by your workplace. Sharing a screen recording of the steps you're following to get to the Adobe Express Scheduler or what shows up for you would be helpful.

This is how it'd ideally show up.

We are here to help, just need some more info.

Best!
